We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking and will hold the property for 7 days following a verbal reservation. Full payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival date and at this point, we also take a security deposit to hold against damage or additional cleaning. This security deposit will be refunded during the week following your departure. For bookings within 8 weeks of deaprture, the full amount plus the security deposit is due. Payment should be by sterling cheque, payable to H M Davies. If you wish to pay by other means, please contact us.
